เฮราคลิตุส ชาวเอเฟซัส (อังกฤษ: Heraclitus the Ephesian; กรีกโบราณ: Ἡράκλειτος ὁ Ἐφέσιος — Hērákleitos ho Ephésios) (ราว 535 ปีก่อนคริสต์ศักราช - 475 ปีก่อนคริสต์ศักราช) เป็นนักปรัชญายุคก่อนโสกราตีสชาวกรีกผู้ที่เดิมมาจากเอเฟซัส ในไอโอเนียบนฝั่งทะเลอานาโตเลีย
