การฟื้นฟูราชวงศ์บูร์บง (ฝรั่งเศส: La Restauration; ลาเรสโตราซียง) คือช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในประวัติศาสตร์ฝรั่งเศสซึ่งเริ่มตั้งแต่จักรพรรดินโปเลียนก้าวลงจากพระราชอำนาจในปี พ.ศ. 2357 ไปจนถึงการปฏิวัติเดือนกรกฎาคมในปี พ.ศ. 2373

พระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 16 แห่งราชวงศ์บูร์บงถูกถอดถอนออกจากพระราชอำนาจโดยการปฏิวัติฝรั่งเศส (พ.ศ. 2332-2342) ตามมาด้วยการปกครองของสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศสที่หนึ่ง (พ.ศ. 2335-2347) และจักรวรรดิฝรั่งเศสที่หนึ่งของจักรพรรดินโปเลียน (พ.ศ. 2347-2357 และ 2358) ซึ่งถูกบังคับให้สิ้นสุดลงโดยสงครามประสานมิตรครั้งที่หก เมื่อพันธมิตรของชาติมหาอำนาจในยุโรปร่วมกันฟื้นฟูระบอบกษัตริย์ในฝรั่งเศสและคืนราชบัลลังก์แก่รัชทายาทของพระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 16

ราชวงศ์บูร์บงฟื้นฟูดำเนินอยู่ในช่วงวันที่ 6 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2357 จนกระทั่งเกิดการลุกฮือครั้งสำคัญในการปฏิวัติเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2373 ซึ่งมีช่วงที่จักรพรรดินโปเลียนหวนคืนสู่พระราชอำนาจเป็นเวลา 100 วัน (10 มีนาคม - 8 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2358) ก่อนที่พระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 18 จะขึ้นสู่บัลลังก์ตามเดิม ต่อมาระบอบกษัตริย์ภายใต้ราชวงศ์บูร์บงก็เสื่อมความนิยมลงจนพระราชวงศ์ถูกบังคับให้ต้องเสด็จลี้ภัยไปยังเกนต์

ในช่วงของการฟื้นฟูราชวงศ์ การปกครองเป็นแบบราชาธิปไตยภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญ ซึ่งแตกต่างไปจากการปกครองระบบโบราณของกษัตริย์ฝรั่งเศสก่อนการปฏิวัติ ทำให้พระมหากษัตริย์มีข้อจำกัดบางประการในการใช้พระราชอำนาจปกครองแผ่นดิน ยุคนี้ได้รับการกล่าวขานว่าเป็นช่วงที่ฝ่ายอนุรักษนิยมตอบโต้การปฏิวัติอย่างรุนแรงและมีความไม่สงบในสังคมที่ไม่รุนแรงแต่ยาวนานต่อเนื่อง[1] นอกจากนี้คริสตจักรโรมันคาทอลิกยังกลับมามีอิทธิพลต่อการเมืองฝรั่งเศสอีกครั้งหนึ่ง[2]

ในเดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2357 กองทัพของฝ่ายประสานมิตรครั้งที่หกฟื้นฟูราชบัลลังก์ฝรั่งเศสแก่พระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 18 หรือที่ทรงถูกเรียกว่า ผู้อ้างสิทธิในราชบัลลังก์สายราชวงศ์บูร์บง โดยนักประวัติศาสตร์นิพนธ์กลุ่มที่ไม่ปรารถนาการฟื้นฟูระบอบกษัตริย์ จากนั้นรัฐธรรมนูญ (ธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2357) จึงถูกร่างขึ้นเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่าชาวฝรั่งเศสทุกคนมีความเท่าเทียมกันภายใต้กฎหมาย[3] แต่ก็ยังคงไว้ซึ่งพระราชสิทธิ์สำคัญบางอย่างสำหรับพระมหากษัตริย์และขุนนาง

พระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 18 ทรงมีฐานะเป็นประมุขสูงสุดแห่งรัฐ มีพระราชอำนาจบัญชาการกองทัพบกและกองทัพเรือ, ประกาศสงคราม, กระทำสนธิสัญญาสันติภาพ, สนธิสัญญาการค้า และสนธิสัญญาการเป็นพันธมิตร, แต่งตั้งข้าราชการทุกตำแหน่ง และออกกฏระเบียบข้อบังคับที่มีความจำเป็นต่อการบังคับใช้กฎหมายและความมั่นคงของรัฐ[4] ทรงมีแนวคิดเสรีนิยมมากกว่าพระอนุชา พระเจ้าชาร์ลที่ 10 ซึ่งสืบทอดราชสมบัติต่อจากพระองค์ เห็นได้จากการที่ทรงเห็นชอบแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีที่มีแนวความคิดสายกลางหลายชุด[5]

พระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 18 สวรรคตในเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2367 พระอนุชา พระเจ้าชาร์ลที่ 10 จึงสืบราชสมบัติต่อจากพระองค์ พระเจ้าชาร์ลที่ 10 ครองราชย์ในแนวทางอนุรักษนิยมมากกว่ารัชกาลของพระเชษฐา ทรงประกาศใช้กฎหมายแนวขวาจัด เช่น พระราชบัญญัติห้ามทำลายรูปเคารพ (Anti-Sacrilege Act; พ.ศ. 2368 - 2373) ซึ่งทำให้ความนิยมในตัวพระองค์เสื่อมถอยลง พระองค์กับบรรดารัฐมนตรีพยายามจะชี้นำผลการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปในปี พ.ศ. 2373 ด้วยการออกกฤษฎีกาเดือนกรกฎาคม (July Ordinances) ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดการปฏิวัติตอบโต้การกระทำของพระเจ้าชาร์ลที่ 10 ต่อมาในวันที่ 2 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2373 พระเจ้าชาร์ลสละราชสมบัติแก่พระนัดดา อองรี ดยุกแห่งบอร์โดซ์ แต่รัชกาลของพระเจ้าอองรีกลับสิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ 9 สิงหาคม เมื่อสภาผู้แทนมีมติประกาศให้หลุยส์-ฟีลิป แห่งออร์เลอองส์ ที่ก่อนหน้านี้ทรงปกครองฝรั่งเศสในฐานะผู้สำเร็จราชการแทน ขึ้นเป็นพระมหากษัตริย์แห่งชาวฝรั่งเศส อันเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของยุคราชาธิปไตยเดือนกรกฎาคม
