ชาวกรีก (กรีก: Έλληνες) เป็นกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ที่มีการกระจายในกรีซ, ไซปรัส, แอลเบเนีย, อิตาลี และอีกหลายภูมิภาคทั่วโลก[44]
