เลือดออกเหนือเยื่อหุ้มสมองชั้นนอก (อังกฤษ : epidural hematoma/hemorrhage ) หรือ เลือดออกนอกเยื่อหุ้มสมองชั้นนอก (อังกฤษ : extradural hematoma/hemorrhage ) เป็นการบาดเจ็บของสมอง ชนิดหนึ่ง ทำให้เกิดเลือดออก คั่งอยู่ในชั้นระหว่างเยื่อดูรา และกะโหลกศีรษะ
