เมซีเย 74 (อังกฤษ: Messier 74) หรือที่รู้จักกันดีในชื่อ NGC 628 เป็นดาราจักรชนิดก้นหอยคว่ำหน้าในกลุ่มดาวปลา ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากโลกในระยะประมาณ 32 ล้านปีแสง[4] ค้นพบโดย Pierre Méchain ในปี ค.ศ. 1780
