อนุสัญญาว่าด้วยการยอมรับนับถือและการบังคับตามคำชี้ขาดอนุญาโตตุลาการต่างประเทศ (อังกฤษ: Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards) เรียกทั่วไปว่า อนุสัญญานิวยอร์ก (อังกฤษ: New York Convention) เป็นอนุสัญญาซึ่งที่ประชุมทูตสหประชาชาติลงมติรับเมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1958 และมีผลใช้บังคับในวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1959 อนุสัญญาฯ กำหนดให้ศาลรัฐที่ทำสัญญากันเปิดให้ความตกลงของเอกชนสามารถใช้การอนุญาโตตุลาการ ตลอดจนยอมรับและบังคับใช้คำชี้ขาดอนุญาโตตุลาการที่กระทำในรัฐที่ทำสัญญาอื่น อนุสัญญาฯ ถือว่าเป็นตราสารก่อตั้งสำหรับการอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ และใช้กับการอนุญาโตตลุการที่ไม่ถือเป็นคำชี้ขาดในประเทศในรัฐที่กำลังแสวงการยอมรับและใช้บังคับคำชี้ขาด
