I just noticed หมวดหมู่:ภาพที่ต้องการการตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนสัญญาอนุญาต and I would like to help clean up there by migrating the files that are eligible for migration and mark the ones that is not eligible as not eligible. For that I hope that I may use my bot: User:MGA73bot. I plan to do a testrun to see if it will work. I fixed more than 500.000 files on Commons and 100.000 on enwiki.

Here on thwiki there was 1.685 when I started. Since I do not understand Thai I'm not able to fix them all. 1.481 are uploaded before November 1, 2008 and should therefore be eligible for migration no matter what (except if uploader opt-out). Later I found out that there was also 100+ "sleeping" files (files with a GFDL that needed to be "poked" before they ended in the license migration candidate category).

I will also add แม่แบบ:มีที่คอมมอนส์ on files that is also on Commons (files will end up in หมวดหมู่:มีที่คอมมอนส์).
