จือจื้อทงเจี้ยน
จือจื้อทงเจี้ยน (จีน: 資治通鑑; พินอิน: Zīzhì Tōngjiàn; เวด-ไจลส์: Tzŭ1-chih4 t'ung1-chien4; แปลตรงตัว: "กระจกสะท้อนการปกครอง") เป็นงานอ้างอิงบุกเบิกของประวัติศาสตร์นิพนธ์จีน รวบรวมเสร็จในปี ค.ศ. 1084 ในยุคราชวงศ์ซ่งเหนือในรูปแบบบันทึกเหตุการณ์ที่บันทึกประวัติศาสตร์จีนตั้งแต่ 403 ปีก่อนคริสตกาลถึง ค.ศ. 959 ครอบคลุมยุคสมัยของ 16 ราชวงศ์และกินช่วงเวลาเกือบ 1,400 ปี[1] บันทึกหลักจัดเป็น 294 ม้วนตำรา (เจฺวี่ยน 卷 เทียบเท่ากับ "บท" ของหนังสือ) มีตัวอักษรจีนทั้งหมดประมาณ 3 ล้านตัว

ในปี ค.ศ. 1065 จักรพรรดิซ่งอิงจงมีรับสั่งให้ขุนนางชื่อซือหม่า กวาง (ค.ศ. 1019–1086) เป็นผู้นำโครงการในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประวัติศาสตร์ของจีน พระราชทานทุนและอำนาจในการแต่งตั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ของตนเองแก่ซือหม่า กวาง ซือหม่า กวางและคณะใช้เวลา 19 ปีในการทำงานจนสำเร็จลุล่วง[1] และนำบันทึกประวัติศาสตร์จือจื้อทงเจี้ยนขึ้นถวายจักรพรรดิซ่งเฉินจง (ผู้ขึ้นครองราชย์ถัดจากจักรพรรดิซ่งอิงจง) ในปี ค.ศ. 1084 จือจื้อทงเจี้ยนได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี และมีอิทธิพลอย่างมากต่อทั้งนักวิชาการและในระดับสาธารณชน
