ช่างกฺวัน หว่านเอ๋อร์ (จีนตัวย่อ: 上官婉儿; จีนตัวเต็ม: 上官婉兒; พินอิน: Shàngguān Wǎn'ér; เวด-ไจลส์: Shang-kuan Wan-erh; ราว ค.ศ. 664^[1] – 21 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 710) เป็นสตรีชาวจีนสมัยราชวงศ์ถัง เมื่ออายุ 13 ปี ได้เป็นราชเลขาธิการของอู่ เจ๋อเทียน (武則天) มเหสีของจักรพรรดิถังเกาจง ครั้นอายุ 42 ปี ได้เป็นชายาของหลี่ เสี่ยน (李顯) โอรสของอู่ เจ๋อเทียน ผู้เสวยราชย์เป็นจักรพรรดิถังจงจง นางมีชื่อด้านกวี งานเขียน และการเมือง แต่ที่สุดถูกจับกุมเพราะมีส่วนแก่งแย่งในวังหลวง และถูกประหารชีวิตใน ค.ศ. 710^[2]
