แคทเธอรีน วอเตอร์สตัน
แคทเธอรีน บอยเยอร์ วอเตอร์สตัน (อังกฤษ: Katherine Boyer Waterston; เกิด 3 มีนาคม ปี ค.ศ. 1980) [1] หรือรู้จักกันในชื่อ แคทเธอรีน วอเตอร์สตัน เป็นนักแสดงชาวอเมริกัน เธอมีภาพยนตร์ใหญ่เรื่องแรก คือ Michael Clayton (2007) จากนั้นเธอก็รับบทแสดงสมทบในภาพยนตร์ต่าง ๆ รวมถึง Robot & Frank, Being Flynn (ที้งสองปี 2012) และ The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Her (2013) ก่อนที่เธอประสบความสำเร็จในบทของ Shasta Fay Hepworth ใน Inherent Vice (2014) กำกับโดย Paul Thomas Anderson ในปี 2015 เธอสวมบท คริสแอน แบรนแนน ใน Steve Jobs และเธอแสดงนำในภาพยนตร์ภาคต่อจากชุด แฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ คือ Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016) ตามด้วยภาพยนตร์ Alien: Covenant (2017) และ Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018)

ชีวิตช่วงแรก แก้
แคทเธอรีน บอยเยอร์ วอเตอร์สตัน เกิดวันที่ 3 มีนาคม ปี 1980 ที่เวสต์มินสเตอร์ ลอนดอน ลูกสาวของพ่อแม่ชาวอเมริกัน แม่ของเธอ Lynn Louisa (สกุลเดิม Woodruff) เป็นอดีตนางแบบ พ่อ Sam Waterston เป็นนักแสดงที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ [2] พี่สาว Elisabeth Waterston เป็นนักแสดง และน้องชาย Graham Waterston เป็นผู้กำกับ เธอยังมีพี่ชายร่วมบิดา James Waterston เป็นนักแสดงด้วย [3] เธอจบการศึกษาจากโรงเรียน Loomis Chaffee ในปี 1998 [4] ได้รับปริญญาตรี BFA สาขาการแสดงจาก Tisch School of the Arts มหาวิทยาลัยนิวยอร์ก
อาชีพ แก้
ในปี 2007 วอเตอร์สตันแสดงละครเวที Los Angeles ของ Julian Sheppard และในปี 2008 ละครเวที Kindness โดย Adam Rapp [5] ในปี 2010 เธอแสดงบทของ Gena ในละครเวทีต้นตำรับบรอดเวย์ Bachelorette ซึ่งนำไปผลิตเป็นภาพยนตร์ในชื่อเดียวกันโดยมี Lizzy Caplan แสดงบทเดียวกันนั้นในปี 2011 เธอได้รับบท Anya ใน Classic Stage Company ในละครที่นำกลับมาผลิตใหม่เรื่อง The Cherry Orchard.[6]
