Hand–Schüller–Christian disease เป็นโรคซึ่งทำให้มี Langerhans cell histiocytosis หลายตำแหน่ง (multifocal)

ผู้ป่วยจะมีอาการสามอย่าง (triad) ได้แก่ ตาโปน (exophthalmos), รอยโรคสลายกระดูก (มักพบในกะโหลกศีรษะ) และเบาจืด (เกิดจากมีเซลล์เข้าไปแทรกในก้านต่อมใต้สมอง)[1]
ได้ชื่อจาก ALgred Hand, Artur Shuller และ Henry Asbury Christian[2][3][4][5]
