รอเดริก จอร์จ "ร็อดดี" ทูมส์ (Roderick George "Roddy" Toombs) หรือเป็นที่รู้จักกันดีในชื่อ "ราวดี" ร็อดดี ไพเพอร์ ("Rowdy" Roddy Piper)[3] (17 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1954 – 31 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 2015)[1] เป็นนักแสดงและนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพชาวแคนาดา อดีตสังกัด WWE และเข้าสู่หอเกียรติยศดับเบิลยูดับเบิลยูอีประจำปี 2005[6] ในปี 2005 ไพเพอร์ถูกตรวจพบว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็งในต่อมน้ำเหลืองและต่อมาในปี 2014 ได้ประกาศว่าเขาสามารถเอาชนะโรคร้ายดังกล่าวได้แล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2015 ไพเพอร์ได้เสียชีวิตลงอย่างสงบจากภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้นในขณะนอนหลับที่บ้านพักของเขาในลอส แอนเจลิส ปิดตำนานนักสู้ในวัย 61 ปี[7][8][9]
