มิลเลียนดอลล่าร์เกม (อังกฤษ: Million Dollar Game) เป็นการแข่งขันชิงแชมป์ของ XFL ในเฉพาะฤดูกาลปี ค.ศ. 2001[1] ในตอนแรก ไม่มีชื่อพิเศษ และถูกเรียก "The Big Game at the End"
ในเกมเป็นการแข่งขันระหว่างแชมป์รุ่นตะวันตก Los Angeles Xtreme กับ runner-up ของรุ่นตะวันตก San Francisco Demons โดยทีม Xtreme เอาชนะ runner-up ของตะวันออก Chicago Enforcers ด้วยคะแนน 33-16 ในรอบแรกในขณะที่ทีม Demons เอาชนะ แชมป์รุ่นตะวันออก Orlando Rage ด้วยคะแนน 26-25 Orlando ได้จบฤดูกาลปกติ 10 เกมด้วยสถิติที่ดีที่สุดของ XFL 8-2 ,ลอสแองเจลิส 7-3 ขณะที่ชิคาโก และซานฟรานซิสโกแต่ละคนก็จบเกมด้วยคะแนน 5-5
