เอกสารแพนดอรา หรือ แพนดอราเพเพอส์ (อังกฤษ: Pandora Papers) เป็นเอกสารรั่วไหลจำนวน 11.9 ล้านฉบับ ขนาด 2.9 เทราไบต์ เผยแพร่โดยกลุ่มนักข่าวสืบสวนนานาชาติ (ไอซีไอเจ) เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่ 3 ตุลาคม 2021[1][2][3] หน่วยงานข่าวภายใต้ไอซีไอเจอธิบายว่าการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลนี้เป็นการเปิดโปงความลับทางการเงินครั้งที่ขยายผลกว้างที่สุด มีทั้งเอกสาร, ภาพ, อีเมล และสเปรดชีตจากบริษัทให้บริการด้านการเงิน 14 บริษัท จากประเทศปานามา, สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ และสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์[4][5] ซึ่งมากกว่ากรณีเอกสารปานามาเมื่อปี 2016 ซึ่งเปิดโปงเอกสารลับจำนวน 11.5 ฉบับ[6][7][8][9]
รายงานเหล่านี้ระบุว่าอาจมีเงินจำนวนมากถึง 32 ล้านล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐที่ถูกปกปิดไว้ไม่ให้ถูกเก็บภาษี ซึ่งจำนวนนี้ยังไม่รวมของมีค่าอื่น ๆ เช่น อสังหาริมทรัพย์, งานศิลปะ และเครื่องเพชรพลอย[3][10]
มีผู้นำระดับชาติจำนวนรวม 35 คน เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐราว 400 คน จากเกือบ 100 ประเทศทั่วโลก ที่ปรากฏอยู่ในรายชื่อที่เปิดโปงนี้ เช่น โทนี แบลร์ อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีสหราชอาณาจักร, เซบัสเตียน ปิญเญรา ประธานาธิบดีชิลี, อูฮูรู เคนยัตตา ประธานานาธิบดีเคนยา, มีลอ จูกานอวิช ประธานาธิบดีมอนเตเนโกร, วอลอดือมือร์ แซแลนสกึย ประธานาธิบดียูเครน, ชัยค์ตะมีม เอมีร์แห่งกาตาร์, Ali Bongo Ondimba ประธานาธิบดีกาบอง และกิเยร์โม ลาโซ ประธานาธิบดีเอกวาดอร์[11][12]
