เดอะยังแอนด์เดอะเรสต์เลส (อังกฤษ: The Young and the Restless หรือย่อว่า Y&R) เป็นละครโทรทัศน์อเมริกันสร้างโดยวิลเลียม เจ. เบลล์ และลี ฟิลิป เบลล์ ของช่องซีบีเอส ละครมีฉากในเมืองสมมุติ เจนัวซิตี ในรัฐวิสคอนซิน ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้องใด ๆ กับหมู่บ้านในเจนัวซิตี รัฐวิสคอนซินในชีวิตจริง[2] ละครออกอากาศตอนแรกในวันที่ 26 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1973 เดอะยังแอนด์เดอะเรสต์เลสมีความยาว 30 นาทีต่อตอน 5 ตอนต่อสัปดาห์[3][4] ละครขยายเวลาออกอากาศเป็น 1 ชั่วโมงในวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1980[5] ใน ค.ศ. 2006 ละครเริ่มออกอากาศตอนอังกอร์ในคืนวันธรรมดาทางโซปเน็ตจนถึง ค.ศ. 2013[6] เมื่อละครย้ายไปที่ช่องทีวีจีเอ็น (ปัจจุบันคือช่องป็อป) ช่องป็อปยังคงแพร่ภาพตอนอังกอร์ในคืนวันธรรมดา เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม ค.ศ. 2013[7][8] ละครได้ถูกนำไปออกอากาศต่างประเทศด้วย[9]
