พอมพ์แอนด์เซอร์คัมสแทนซ์ (อังกฤษ: Pomp and Circumstance) หรือชื่อเต็ม "พอมพ์แอนด์เซอร์คัมสแทนซ์มิลิแทรีมาร์ชเชส" (อังกฤษ: Pomp and Circumstance Military Marches) เป็นกลุ่มเพลงมาร์ชสำหรับออร์เคสตรา แต่งขึ้นโดยเซอร์เอ็ดเวิร์ด เอ็ลเกอร์ ถือเป็นผลงานชิ้นที่เป็นที่รู้จักมากที่สุดชิ้นหนึ่งของเขา
เพลงมาร์ชที่เป็นที่รู้จักกันมากที่สุดในมาร์ชทั้ง 6 เพลงในชุดนี้คือมาร์ชเพลงแรกในชุด ชื่อว่า "พอมพ์แอนด์เซอร์คัมสแทนซ์ นัมเบอร์วัน อิน ดี" (Pomp And Circumstance March No. 1 In D) เล่นรอบปฐมทัศน์พร้อมกับ มาร์ช นัมเบอร์ทูว์ ในเมืองลิเวอร์พูล เมื่อปี 1901[1][2] ทริโอนี้ประกอบด้วย "แลนด์ออฟโฮปแอนด์กลอรี" ดนตรีที่ใช้ประกอบพิธีบรมราชาภิเษกของพระเจ้าเอ็ดเวิร์ดที่ 7[3] ส่วนในอเมริกา แคนาดา ฟิลิปปินส์ เพลงนี้นิยมใช้เป็นเพลงประกอบพิธีการจบการศึกษา จึงเรียก "แลนด์ออฟโฮปแอนด์กลอรี" เป็น "แกรดดูเอเชินมาร์ช" (Graduation March) นิยมเล่นก่อนเริ่มพิธี[4] การใช้ประกอบพิธีจบการศึกษานี้มีครั้งแรกในพิธีจบการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเยล เมื่อปี 1905[5]
