:: I agree that everyone (support/neutral/oppose) should share their (perhaps short) opinions.
In my opinion, in the past, we use neutral as oppose. This might be because Thai people dont want to make an enemy ("oppose" looks too strong=). But now i think that "neutral" votes should not be counted.
