เอ็นเอ็กซ์ที เรสต์ลิง (อังกฤษ: NXT Wrestling) หรือชื่อเดิมของสมาคมนี้คือ ฟลอริดาแชมเปียนชิปเรสต์ลิง (อังกฤษ: Florida Championship Wrestling; FCW) เป็นค่ายมวยปล้ำพัฒนาทักษะของสมาคม เวิลด์เรสต์ลิงเอ็นเตอร์เทนเมนต์ (WWE) ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็น เอ็นเอ็กซ์ที เรสต์ลิง

ประวัติแก้ไข
ในปี 2007 WWE ได้ซื้อบริษัทจาก สตีฟ คีร์น ซึ่งได้เป็นค่ายที่ 2 ต่อจาก OVW รายการของ FCW ฉายครั้งแรกใน Bright House Sports Network วันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2007 และทุกๆ วันอาทิตย์ ประมาณ 6:00 น.
วันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2012 รายการ FCW จะบันทึกเทปร่วมกับรายการ WWE NXT และจะใช้สนามแค่สนามเดียวทุกสัปดาห์คือสนามของมหาวิทยาลัย Full Sail University ที่วินเทอร์พาร์ค, ฟลอริดา แถมจะให้สิทธิ์นักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยดังกล่าวเข้าชมฟรีตลอดด้วย
