ในทางชีววิทยา การส่งสัญญาณของเซลล์ (อังกฤษ: cell signaling หรือ cell signalling) เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการสื่อสารใด ๆ ที่กำกับกิจกรรมของเซลล์ต่าง ๆ และประสานการทำงานระหว่างเซลล์ต่าง ๆ ความสามารถของเซลล์ในการเข้าใจและตอบสนองได้อย่างถูกต้องต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมระดับจุลภาคนั้นเป็นพื้นฐานของการพัฒนา การซ่อมแซมเนื้อเยื่อ และภูมิคุ้มกัน ไปจนถึงการธำรงสมดุล ความผิดพลาดในการส่งสัญญาณระหว่างเซลล์และการประมวลข้อมูลในเซลล์อาจนำไปสู่โรคเช่น มะเร็ง ภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง และเบาหวาน[1][2][3] การเข้าใจการส่งสัญญาณระหว่างเซลล์จะช่วยให้นักวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์สามารถทำความเข้าใจกับโรคต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และในทางทฤษฎีอาจนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเนื้อเยื่อสังเคราะห์ได้ในอนาคต[4]
