English: An example of a filled and signed warrant of arrest according to the Ordinance of the President of the Supreme Court of Justice on Criteria and Procedure for Issuance of Criminal Rulings or Warrants, BE 2548 (2005) (ข้อบังคับของประธานศาลฎีกา ว่าด้วยหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการเกี่ยวกับการออกคำสั่งหรือหมายอาญา พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘) issued under the Thai Code of Criminal Procedure (1935).

The main text reads:

"To the National Police Commander.

WHEREAS Mr Wikisource THAI is accused of, whilst being a public officer, unlawfully performing or refraining from a public duty, etc.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to arrest the said Mr Wikisource THAI, who is of American Nationality, is of American Race, is a member of a charitable organisation and resides at No. 12, Mu 31, Thanon -, Trok/Soi -, adjacent to -, Tambon/Khwaeng Chang Khlan, Amphoe/Khet Mueang Chiang Mai, Changwat Chiang Mai, Tel. 08-3123-4567, and to bring him before this Court within twenty-year prescription which shall be counted from 1 January 2011 to 1 January 2031, so that the mentioned person would be dealt with according to the law.
