English: Royal Standard of the King of Siam 1891-1897, according to the Flag Regulations for the Kingdom of Siam of Rattanakosin Era 110.
No.1 The Royal Standard Red; with a dark blue rectangular field in the centre; the latter containing a pedestal of yellow colour with a projection in the middle of the foreground on which stand the Royal Arms, namely: A scutcheon in three division, the upper and larger division of which contains, on a yellow ground, a white three-headed elephant facing the front and representing Northern, Southern and Central Siam; the lower division to the right containing, on a pink ground, a white elephant facing the flag-staff, and representing the Laos States and the lower division ot the left containing, on a red ground, the device of a straight and a crooked dagger crossed, representing the Malay States. The scutcheon above described in surmonted by the "Chakr-Kri" or "Wheel and Trident," and over all is the Royal Siamese Crown. On each extremity of the pedestal stands a seven-storied canopy or Royal emblem. This is the Royal Standard of Siam, which is used only by His Majesty the King. No.1 L'étendard Royal Rouge; au centre champ bleu foncé rectangulaire; ce dernier contient un socle de couleur jaune, avec une saillie en avant au milieu. Sur se socle se trovent les armes royales, c. à d.: Un écusson divisé en trois parties, dont la supérieure ― la plus grande ― contient, sur fond jaune, un éléphant à trois têtes prises de face et représentant les partie Nord, Sud et Centrale de Siam. Au dessous, à droite, sur fond rosat, un éléphant blanc, tourné ves la hampe du drapeau et représantant les États Laos; à gauche, sur fond rouge, deux poignards criosés: l'un droit, l'autre à lame ondulée, représentant les États Malais. Au desus de l'écusson, ci-dessus décrit, se trouve la roue à flammes traversée du trident, appelés ensemble le «Chakr-Kri». Le tout est surmonté de la couronne royale de Siam. A chaque extrémité du socle se trouve un baldaquin ― emblème royale ― étagé en sept parties, le tout de forme conique. L'étendard, ci-dessus décrit, est l'étendard royal et n'est déployé que pour Sa Majesté le Roi.
