Section 1, paragraph 1, states that "In various forms, combinations and logos, the names “International Baccalaureate”, “IB” and “IB World School” are registered as trademarks worldwide by the IB Organization. Their use is restricted and special permission is required before any use may be made of them. The IB Organization owns and uses other images and words in a trademark sense and expects others to respect these marks. Some of these are for the exclusive use of the IB Organization while others may be used only in ways that avoid confusion in the minds of the public. In particular, it is important to avoid falsely implying a relationship with the IB Organization by using any of the marks listed. " Whilst the IBO owns the copyright for the logo, it has been uploaded here to be "used only in ways that avoid confusion in the minds of the public". This logo is used for non-commercial purposes.
