เลดีพาเมลา ฮิกส์ (ราชสกุลเดิม: เมานต์แบ็ตเทน) (อังกฤษ: Lady Pamela Hicks) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 19 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1929 เป็นธิดาคนเล็กในหลุยส์ เมานต์แบ็ตเทน เอิร์ลเมานต์แบ็ตเทนแห่งพม่า และเอ็ดวินา แอชลีย์ เคาน์เตสเมานต์แบ็ตเทนแห่งพม่า เป็นพระนัดดาในเจ้าชายลูทวิชแห่งบัทเทินแบร์ค เป็นพระภาติยะในสมเด็จพระราชินีลูอีสแห่งสวีเดน พระญาติในเจ้าชายฟิลิป ดยุกแห่งเอดินบะระ พระราชสวามีในสมเด็จพระราชินีนาถเอลิซาเบธที่ 2 แห่งสหราชอาณาจักร เป็นน้องสาวเดียวคนเดียวของแพทริเซีย แคนเชบูลล์ เคาน์เตสที่ 2 เมานต์แบ็ตเทนแห่งพม่า

เลดีพาเมลา เมานต์แบ็ตเทน สมรสกับเดวิด ไนติงเกล ฮิกส์ เมื่อวันที่ 13 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1960 โดยมีเพื่อนเจ้าสาวคือ เจ้าฟ้าหญิงแอนน์และเจ้าหญิงคาริสาแห่งเฮสส์ (พระธิดาในเจ้าหญิงโซฟีแห่งกรีซและเดนมาร์ก) ทั้งคู่มีบุตรดังนี้

หลังจากงานสมรสผ่านไปไม่นาน วันที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ ในปีเดียวกันนั้น เอ็ดวินา แอชลีย์ เคาน์เตสเมานต์แบ็ตเทนแห่งพม่า มารดาของเธอก็ถึงแก่กรรมลงด้วยอายุ 59 ปี
