เฟกโซเฟนาดีน (อังกฤษ: fexofenadine, ชื่อการค้า Allegra, Telfast, Fastofen, Tilfur, Vifas, Telfexo, Allerfexo) เป็นสารต้านฮิสทามีน ซึ่งใช้รักษาไข้ละอองฟางและอาการแสดงภูมิแพ้ที่ใกล้เคียงกัน มันถูกพัฒนาให้ใช้แทนและเป็นทางเลือกของเทอร์เฟนาดีน ซึ่งเป็นสารต้านฮิสทามีนที่ทำให้เกิดความผิดปกติของคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ ซึ่งอาจนำไปสู่ภาวะหัวใจเต้นไม่เป็นจังหวะได้ เฟกโซเฟนาดีน เช่นเดียวกับสารต้นฮิสทามีนรุ่นที่สองและที่สามอื่น ๆ ที่ยังไม่พร้อมจะแพร่ข้ามโครงสร้างกั้นระหว่างเลือดกับสมอง และทำให้เกิดความง่วงน้อยกว่าสารต้านฮิสทามีนรุ่นที่หนึ่ง เฟกโซเฟนาดีนออกฤทธิ์โดยเป็นสารต้านตัวรับ H1^[2] สารดังกล่าวถูกเรียกว่าเป็นทั้งสารต้านฮีสทามีนรุ่นที่สอง^[3]และที่สาม^[4]
