มีฮาอิล อันเดรย์เยวิช ซุสลอฟ (รัสเซีย: Михаи́л Андре́евич Су́слов; 21 พฤศจิกายน [O.S. 8 พฤศจิกายน] ค.ศ. 1902 – 25 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1982) เป็นรัฐบุรุษโซเวียตในช่วงสงครามเย็น เขาเป็นเลขาธิการที่สองของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์แห่งสหภาพโซเวียตในปี ค.ศ. 1965 และเป็นนักทฤษฎีของพรรคจนเสียชีวิตในปี ค.ศ. 1982 ซุสลอฟ ได้ทำหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต่อพรรค, และอำนาจให้กับพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์นอกจากนีเขายังเป็นผู้ต่อต้านการคืนอำนาจของผู้นำโซเวียต
