บริษัทอินเดียตะวันตกของเนเธอร์แลนด์ (ดัตช์: Geoctrooieerde Westindische Compagnie หรือย่อเป็น GWC) เป็นบริษัทมหาชนของสาธารณรัฐดัตช์ที่เข้าไปลงทุนในต่างประเทศ ได้รับการก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยวิลเลิม อุสเซลิงซ์และเจสเซ เดอ โฟเรสต์[1]เมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1621 เพื่อกุมกรรมสิทธิ์จากรัฐสภาเนเธอร์แลนด์ในการค้าขายกับบราซิล แคริบเบียน และอเมริกาเหนือ ภายใต้การควบคุมของจักรวรรดิดัตช์ มีอำนาจสูงเกือบเทียบเท่ารัฐบาล สามารถทำการค้าได้ตั้งแต่แอฟริกาตะวันตก อเมริกา มหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก ไปจนฝั่งตะวันออกของเกาะนิวกินี
