การประเมินข่าวกรอง (อังกฤษ: intelligence assessment) คือการพัฒนาการคาดการณ์พฤติกรรม หรือหลักสูตรการปฏิบัติที่แนะนำต่อความเป็นผู้นำขององค์กร ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับช่วงกว้างของสารสนเทศที่เปิดเผยและแอบแฝง การประเมินพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการประกาศภาวะผู้นำเพื่อแจ้งการตัดสินใจ การประเมินอาจดำเนินการในนามของรัฐ, การทหาร หรือองค์กรการค้าที่มีช่วงของแหล่งข้อมูลที่มีให้สำหรับแต่ละหน่วย
