The attack was planned by a group of terrorists including [[Ramzi Yousef]], [[Mahmud Abouhalima]], [[Mohammad Salameh]], Nidal A. Ayyad, [[Abdul Rahman Yasin]], and [[Ahmed Ajaj]].
