* Group culture and tools: What prevents good faith contributors and functionaries from taking effective action against bad behaviour? What rules and tools do you lack in trying to address the current situation and which challenges your community faces on the journey towards the 2030 direction?
* Structures, processes, regulations: Who, in your opinion, is ultimately responsible for the wellbeing of contributors in your community or project, and for taking actions against bad behaviour endangering a community?

* Safety-- Are there safe space and whistleblower policies and decision-making processes, both on and off Wikimedia platforms, that need to change to ensure diverse representation and foster a “safe environment” for authentic voices to share
their knowledge without being drowned out by mainstream bias -- both direct and systemic --or made to feel excluded or disrespected?
* Documentation-- Recognizing that legal and social barriers have undervalued people and activities of diverse segments of society, can our open knowledge movement bridge gaps and eliminate barriers in expanding equal opportunities for inclusion and representation by bringing content on line for which scholarship either does not exist or is emerging, accepting a broader definition of reliability and neutrality in sources?
* Technology--Can technological support and systems be designed which help bridge gaps and give voice to more diverse segments of society so that geographical location, socio-economic status, access to technology and formalized academic study do not become barriers to inclusion?
