Hi, can you maybe help me out at [[:d:Talk:Q170919]]. Pattaya has the ISO3166-2 code TH-S, thus a user think this implies it is a first-level subdivision of Thailand and I cannot convince him yet that it is within Chonburi province, only with more autonomy than normal Thesaban. Maybe you have a Thai-language source which explains where this code originates, or why ISO included it though not a first-level subdivision, so I can convince that user that its not just original research by myself, but a fact.
