เดือนมีนาคม 1997 จึงเปิดร้านของบริษัทที่[[Mitsukoshi Department Stores|ห้างสรรพสินค้ามิสึโกะชิ]] (Mitsukoshi department store) กลางเมืองซัปโปะโระ ลุเดือนกรกฎาคม ปีเดียวกัน เมื่อชาวซัปโปะโระคุ้นเคยผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทแล้ว ก็ย้ายสำนักงานหลักมายัง[[Higashi-ku, Sapporo|อำเภอฮิงะชิ]]ของเมืองดังกล่าว แล้วออกช็อกโกแลตยี่ห้อใหม่อีก ชื่อ ''ทรัฟเฟิล (Truffle)'' และตั้งศูนย์ส่งสินค้าอีกแห่งในเดือนพฤศจิกายน นอกจากนี้ บริษัทยังเปิดร้านที่สนามบินต่าง ๆ ของเมืองฮกไกโด เช่น ที่[[Chitose Airport|สนามบินชิโตะเซะ]] (Chitose Airport) ด้วย<ref name = "airport">[http://rb.e-royce.com/archives/2007/03/royce_chocolates_and_confectio.html Royce’ chocolates and confectioneries available at Narita and Haneda Airports now 1. * By June 1998, Royce' had established an [[internet]] web page, using a [[computer]] system named [[LAN]]. The next month, the company announced that its capital had risen to slightly more than twice the amount from the previous announcement, or to ¥61 million. Another store was opened, this time in a [[shopping center]].

 

 

In 2005, Royce' branched out into other businesses, such as selling other types of [[food]]s and drinking [[water]], food and beverage processing machines, [[liquor]] sales (importing and exporting), [[coffee]] brands, [[restaurant]] management, [[arts]] and [[craft]] sales, and [[insurance]] sales.
