CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE

* Guarantee validity: 12 months
The seller guarantees the following:
The guarantee period is 12 months from the start-up of the machinery, but shall expire at the latest 18 months after the date of supply for last consignment of machinery according to the shipping document.
This guarantee includes the replacement of eventually defective parts from factory, unless we confirm that they have been mishandled by buyer.
If during the guarantee period the machinery turns to be defective, does not meet the
conditions in the handbook or does not reach or diminishes the output mentioned in it, the seller will be allowed to choose between a)solve the defects of the machinery in his factory at his own cost or b)replace the defective machinery by new one of good quality to be supplied the soonest. All would obviously take place in seller's factory.
Under seller's request, the defective machinery or parts shall be returned to him after he confirms in his factory that those parts are defective. In case of solving those defects or replacing the bad quality machinery or some parts of it, the guarantee period will be extended for the time needed to repair those defects.
We guarantee the machines provided that we confirm in our factory that those parts to be replaced have not been mishandled or stored incorrectly due to a lack of lubrication, cleaning, etc.
THOSE PARTS THAT SUFFER DAMAGES EITHER BECAUSE OF BAD USE OR OVERUSE, OR BECAUSE OF A LACK OF MAINTENANCE, AND ALSO THOSE PARTS UNDER NORMAL WEARING ARE NOT UNDER GUARANTEE.
Trips, lab our and start-up in destination are not at seller's account. Freight costs of the
machine to be checked or repaired during the guarantee period will be covered by buyer, who shall provide the means to transport it.
Damages caused during the demonstration period due to a negligence operation will be at buyer’s account.
