ประภาคาร
ประภาคาร (อังกฤษ: lighthouse) เป็นตึกสูงหรือสิ่งก่อสร้างที่ได้รับการออกแบบให้เปล่งแสงจากระบบไฟตะเกียงและเลนส์หรือจากกองไฟ เพื่อช่วยเหลือในการเดินเรือสำหรับการนำทางในทะเลหรือแม่น้ำ ประภาคารยังใช้ระบุจุดอันตรายตามแนวชายฝั่งทะเล สันดอน และแนวปะการัง เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเทียบท่า ปัจจุบันการใช้งานประภาคารกำลังลดลงเนื่องจากค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาสูงและถูกทดแทนด้วยเทคโนโลยีการเดินเรือที่ทันสมัย
