นกกระเรียนเนินทราย (อังกฤษ: Sandhill Crane) เป็นนกกระเรียนขนาดใหญ่ของทวีปอเมริกาเหนือและทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของไซบีเรีย ชื่อมาจากถิ่นอาศัยที่แม่น้ำแพลท (Platte River) บนริมเนินทรายของรัฐเนแบรสกาในอเมริกาตะวันตกกลาง ซึ่งเป็นบริเวณที่นกกระเรียนเนินทรายเล็ก (Grus canadensis canadensis) มากถึง 450,000 ตัวอพยพมาที่นี่เป็นประจำทุกปี
