ดูหมิ่น
ดูหมิ่น เป็นการละเมิดเกียรติยศของมนุษย์ไม่ว่าแสดงออกด้วยวิธีใด[1][2] โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ข้อความที่ละเมิดหรือการสื่อสารท่าทาง และเป็นอาชญากรรมในบางประเทศ[3][4] ข้อแตกต่างระหว่างดูหมิ่นกับหมิ่นประมาทคือ ดูหมิ่นอธิบายค่านิยม ส่วนหมิ่นประมาทกล่าวถึงลักษณะหรือใส่ความข้อเท็จจริง[5]
