ไฟโบรไมอัลเจีย (อังกฤษ: fibromyalgia) คือกลุ่มอาการปวดเรื้อรังที่มีอาการนานกว่า 3 เดือน โดยมีการกระจายของอาการปวดหลายแห่งหรือทั่วร่างกาย และมีอาการอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ใช่อาการปวดร่วมด้วยสี่กลุ่มเพื่อใช้เป็นตัวช่วยบอกความรุนแรงของโรค คือ อาการอ่อนเพลีย การนอนหลับที่ผิดปกติ สมาธิ/ความจำบกพร่อง และรวมถึงอาการอื่นๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นอาการที่ไม่จำเพาะ นับรวมกันเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลุ่ม^[1]
