ตาต่อตา ฟันต่อฟัน หรือ ตาแทนตา และฟันแทนฟัน[1] (อังกฤษ: an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth หรือตัดเป็น eye for an eye; Biblical Hebrew: עַיִן תַּחַת עַיִן, ʿayīn taḥaṯ ʿayīn) เป็นหลักการในหนังสืออพยพ 21:23–27 ซึ่งหมายความว่า บุคคลที่ทำร้ายบุคคลอื่นต้องได้รับการทำร้ายแบบเดียวกันเป็นการตอบแทน ตัวอย่างแรกสุดของหลักการนี้พบในประมวลกฎหมายฮัมมูราบี ซึ่งมีมาก่อนคัมภีร์ฮีบรู[2]
