จรณทักษะ

จรณทักษะ[1] [จะระนะทักสะ] (อังกฤษ: soft skills), ทักษะพลัง (power skills), ทักษะร่วม (common skills), ทักษะจำเป็น (essential skills) หรือ ทักษะแกน (core skills) เป็นทักษะทางจิตสังคมที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้กับทุกสายอาชีพ[2][3][4][5] เช่น การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ การแก้ปัญหา การพูดในที่สาธารณะ การเขียนเชิงวิชาชีพ การทำงานเป็นทีม ความฉลาดรู้เรื่องดิจิทัล ภาวะผู้นำ ทัศนคติความเป็นมืออาชีพ จริยธรรมการทำงาน การจัดการอาชีพ ความสามารถในการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรม เป็นต้น ทักษะเหล่านี้แตกต่างจากสมรรถนทักษะ (hard skills) ซึ่งเป็นทักษะที่จำกัดเฉพาะอาชีพใดอาชีพหนึ่ง[6][7][8]

คำ "ทักษะ" เน้นย้ำถึงหน้าที่ใช้สอยในสถานการณ์จริง ศัพท์นี้มีความหมายกว้างและครอบคลุมถึงความสามารถที่จะปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุผลตั้งแต่งานง่าย ๆ อย่างการเรียนรู้วิธีเตะลูกบอล[7] ไปจนถึงงานที่ยากกว่าอย่างการฝึกความคิดสร้างสรรค์[7] ในกรณีนี้ต้องตีความคำ "ทักษะ" ว่าเป็นความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำกิจกรรมที่ควบคุมได้ยากลำบาก
